Natural wines: our little cellar
At L'Alquimista the wine list is not long, it is personal. Every bottle earns its place in the cellar because there is someone behind it we admire: small growers who work with little intervention and a lot of respect for the land.
Wines that are alive
We mean natural wines, with no added sulphites or almost none, from vines worked with patience. They are wines that shift in the glass, that tell you where they come from and that go with the table without overpowering it.
Not all of them are easy at first, and we like that. If you are unsure, ask us: we enjoy choosing the right glass for your plate.
From Italy, and from nearby
The base is Italian, like the cooking, but we also open bottles from small projects on the peninsula that share the same philosophy.
By the glass or by the bottle, the idea is the same: to drink well, without airs, what is truly worth it.
